Try Voc Rehab....but at 10% for just tinnitis, they may not accept it. You are like many unemployed Americans....just hang in.

Again, with a 10% rating for just tinnitis (ringing in the ears), you'd be wasting both your time and the VA's time even attempting IU...you are nowhere near the minimum threshold levels for that...
